Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your booking, please notify us at least one week prior to your event to be eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or text.

Refund Processing:

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that processing times can vary by banking institution.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than one week before the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy compensates for the short notice and the potential unavailability to rent the reserved equipment to other customers.
